The Human Resources Manager has overall responsibility for all HR related functions with interaction to all company team members. area.
- Plan Maintenance work for his area using online maintenance systems.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Power Plant Maintenance, preferably from Palm oil Refinery.
Knowledge in Power Engineering.

Responsibilities:
Supervise manpower including personnel duties, work scheduling and assigning production tasks.
Maintain time and production records
Training of post operators
Managing housekeeping and safety initiatives
Communicating and ensure daily production goals are met
Maintaining a high level of quality
Reporting and tracking of daily operator productivity
Maximizing production output
Monitor and perform machinery upkeep
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or Chemical.
Minimum 5 years experience as Production Supervisor, must be from manufacturing/production operation of CPKO, Refinery, Oleochemical.
Required skills: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP.

Good communication (including English) and interpersonal relationship skills, proactive, result oriented and able to work independently
